Non-dual recognition, usually often called non-duality, is usually a profound spiritual concept that transcends the standard dualistic perspective of truth. In a very dualistic worldview, we understand the earth by opposites: self and various, superior and terrible, gentle and dark. Non-duality, however, reveals that these clear separations are ill
